Shipping Policy

  1. General Information

    1. At Otzi, each piece of furniture is handcrafted with care and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, delivery times may vary based on production schedules and destination. Our goal is to deliver your item in perfect condition and within the estimated time frame provided at the time of your order.

  2. Production Time

    1. Please note that production times vary depending on the complexity and size of each item.

    2. Typical production time is 6-8 weeks from the date your order is confirmed, or 10-12 for larger or more intricate pieces. 

    3. We will inform you if there are any delays.

  3. Shipping Options and Times

    1. We ship both domestically within the UK and internationally to select countries.

    2. Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days from the completion of production.

    3. International Shipping: Estimated delivery time 7-14 business days from the completion of production, and depending on customs

    4. Where there is any requirement from you, the client, to participate in, provide information for, or pay for the customs clearance process, you must do so in a timely manner. Otzi is not liable for any costs incurred due to delays or failures in this respect. 

  4. Shipping Costs

    1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the item. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

    2. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout.

  5. Delivery Information

    1. Once your order is ready for delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

    2. For larger furniture pieces please contact us at studio@otzi.ltd to coordinate a suitable delivery date and time.

    3. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is present during the scheduled delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

  6. Damages and Issues

    1. We take care to pack each item securely. However, if your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with comprehensive photos of both the packaging and the piece, and a description of the issue. In case of damage, please retain all internal and external packaging. 

    2. We will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

  7. International Orders

    1. We currently ship globally, except where there are legal restrictions that prevent us from shipping somewhere.

    2. Note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs or other factors beyond our control.
